May and June are busy months at FCE. At our recent Senior Celebration, families, friends, and members of the FCE community gathered to hear this year's graduating high school students discuss in poetry and personal reflections the challenges and triumphs they've experienced on their journey to college. As they passed the candle that lights the way for next year's seniors, our graduating seniors marked the end of their high school years, but not the end of their relationship with FCE. They now join FCE's College Success program, which will continue to support them until they receive their under undergraduate degree.At our annual Achievement Reception we recognize our graduating college seniors. This year nine FCE students received their undergraduate degrees.

In addition, FCE graduate, Charles Edwards, who serves as secretary on our Board of Directors, received his Masters in Social Work.

What our students and their families accomplish with FCE's help would not be possible without the support of our friends, donors, and volunteers who share our belief in equity and access to higher education. Thank you for your commitment to our mission.
